We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management and are currently able to accept every major credit card including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. All charges are denominated in USD (United States dollars).
AskSensors allows 7 types of subscriptions : Free for 1 year, Simple monthly/yearly, Pro monthly/yearly, Guru monthly/yearly. For more information about our plans, please visit: Our Princing Page .
AskSensors subscriptions are billed for the first time after 15 days free trial, and immediately when you upgrade or change your monthly or yearly paid plan. Thereafter, you will be billed automatically each month or year on the same day you make your first payment until you cancel.
You can change between the free and paid monthly/yearly billing options at any time during your billing cycle. When you upgrade, a new invoice will be generated and your billing cycle will reset immediately, if you still have time remaining in your current cycle, the balance will be adjusted automatically and you will pay only the difference. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current cycle.
At the end of free trial periods (15 days for paid plans and 365 days for free), You have to choose a paid plan to continue to use AskSensors services.
Your subscription plan may be canceled at any time. However, we do not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription, and the subscription amount will not be automatically awarded.
